Facilities Engineer / Building Services Engineer
We have a position for an electrical engineer to join a UK based specialist provider of facilities management, estate management and security services. They work under contract to organisations with extensive property portfolios that wish to outsource facilities management and associated non-core tasks.
Summary of Role:
To carry out maintenance activities, planned preventative maintenance and provide breakdown cover to a large complex of commercial offices and buildings in the Sheffield area.
Essential Requirements
Hold 16th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification,
Air conditioning experience
You need to have previous building services maintenance experience and preferably be multi-skilled.
Current driving licence
