Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Hours: 2 shift 6am-2-30pm and 2pm – 10-30pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Private healthcare, contributory pension, death in service, disability insurance, 25days holiday
We currently have an opportunity for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a highly successful and established business who today are the world's largest private company in the manufacturing sector.
You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance of food processing equipment including:
· Planned and preventative maintenance
· Attending and resolving breakdowns
· Installing and commissioning of equipment
· System / process improvements
· Buildings maintenance when required
· Maintain and repair air conditioning and extraction systems
· Purchasing and stock control of engineering parts / spares etc.
To apply for the role of maintenance engineer you must be an experienced Electrical / Mechanical Engineer who has worked within the food processing industry. You will be familiar with servicing and repair of both electrical and mechanical systems equipment and have experience of building maintenance. Ideally you will have experience of PLC fault finding and maintenance, any programming experience would be an advantage.
