Project Engineer / Design Engineer
A leading international designer and manufacturer of industrial conveying systems and technology is currently seeking a Project / Design Engineer.
Ideally the Project Engineer / Design Engineer will have working knowledge of the bulk materials handling systems industry working within a similar role. They will be working along side a Project Manager on bigger projects and managing their own smaller projects, responsible for the management from award through to completion of all technical aspects of a project. A focused approach is required, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities within short timescales and the ability for multi tasking on concurrent projects is essential.
Duties of the Project Engineer / Design Engineer will also include preparation of conceptual design and system layout drawing, experience in the use of AutoCAD, preferably 2000LT.
The Project Engineer / Design Engineer will be qualified ideally to at least HNC in mechanical engineering or equivalent. They must be self-motivated, enthusiastic whilst working to their own initiative.
They must also be IT literate using programmes such of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
