Territory Manager / Sales Manager - Global Brand Manufacturer

Location - Field Based – Scotland
Salary - £19,000 - £24,000 + 20% Sales Bonus

Summary
To apply you must have – A degree or equivalent, good selling / negotiating skills, knowledge of sales / account management, be self motivated, be PC literate, and a full clean driving licence.
Purpose of Position
-To develop and grow profitable sales of products in a geographical territory.
- Create and exploit new profitable opportunities in the given territory.
- To manage the business between Wholesale distribution and Retail customer as well as direct Customers.
- To ensure that the brand is recognised as a market leading supplier, and is established as the preferred supplier to it’s customer base
Responsibilities
- Identify the commercial priorities on the territory.
- Create and deliver area funnels within given timescales.
- Develop relationships with major and potentially major customers.
- Create and implement a workplan that is updated weekly.
- Delivery of the Personal development plan.
