Location - Field Based – East Midlands
Client – Global Brand Manufacturer
Salary - £19,000 - £24,000 + 20% Sales Bonus

Summary
To apply you must have – A degree or equivalent, good selling / negotiating skills, knowledge of sales / account management, be self motivated, be PC literate, and a full clean driving licence.
Purpose of Position
· To develop and grow profitable sales of products in a geographical territory.
· Create and exploit new profitable opportunities in the given territory.
· To manage the business between Distributors and Wholesalers.
· To ensure that the brand is recognised as a market leading supplier, and is established as the preferred supplier to it’s customer base.
Responsibilities
· Identify the commercial priorities on the territory.
· Create and deliver area funnels within given timescales
· Develop relationships with major and potentially major customers
· Create and implement a workplan on sales support that is updated weekly and contains call objectives and recorded actions.
· Complete sales support Com’s every day
· Delivery of the personal development plan.
· To maintain high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends and provide BUM and team members with this feedback.
· To maintain a database of account information containing: contacts, brand/product ranges, terms and Business Plans.
· To develop technical knowledge of products.
· To actively support and encourage continuous improvement, looking for cost savings and improved performance across all areas of the business.
